Well I'm getting my hair cut next week and...?

I'm not entirely sure what to do with it

I know that I want layers (lots of them, perhaps razored)

And I want to dye my hair blue and black.

Though I'm not sure on what kind of layers and how to put the blue and black into my hair.

i would cut it in short layers i have them lyk that.

but,

i also had them in long layers.

so i would prefer the short layers since u have LONG hair.
