id go for a dirty blonde, strawberry blonde, or a non-reddish shade of brown. its really hard to know without a picture or you telling us what your natural hair colour is!

i think your natural hair color is always the best match..

but if you really want to dye it, try a medium brown, it will make your eyes pop!

if you want your eyes to stand out even more, you pick the color opposite of it on a color wheel. so i would say brown

for example

the opposite of blue is brown

the opposite of green is red
