In order to make your eyes stand out and look nice your supposed o use the opposite colour to your eyes.... so for blue eyes this is orange! Obviously orange is a bit bleugh so more of a shimmery golden colour is best!

Also I have blue/grey eyes and for everyday normalness I dont wear eye shadow but liner my eyes with a medium purple eyeliner as I find brown and black eyeliner too harsh!

if you really want your eyes to stand out put on a eye liner (dark brown) on the top and bottom lash-line -not thick but visible line-, smudge with a brush or q-tip and do a pink or pale purple shadow.

dark colors on a pale person make you look gothic... try lighter tones like gold, light brown, or light bronze. Pale people don't need much dark color makeup because they're like a blank white canvas. You see the colors well even when they are lighter, and a little color goes a long way.

I've always felt that eyeshadow should be exactly what it says--shadow not added color.

Colors look phoney. Neutrals such a taupes, browns, etc. inhance the shape of the eyes without the made-up look. Use a matte finish for daytime and a little sparkle for evening.

Wow, you've really got lots of choices. My eyes are a similar color, but my hair is blonde with more olive skin.

To play up your eyes, I would suggest shades of blue, with the most intense color right in the crease. Almay makes Intense i-color powder shadow trios designed for each eye color. You should also put just a smudge of either powder shadow or eye liner (Kohl pencil) along the lower eyelid. Midnight blue works well. Get the kind of liner with the automatic sharpener if you can find it.

If you go toward greys or greens, you may find that your eyes will seem to change color. Mine do, depending on what I am wearing, and also my mood.

Some shades of lavender and purple may work for you, but be careful, too much or the wrong shade will leave you looking like you have a black eye!

Because of your brown hair, you should also be able to wear neutral brown shades easily. For an everyday look, do neutrals with just a hint of blue in the crease and under the eye.

You can also experiment with various shades to match what you are wearing. Smoky charcoal shades with black, etc.

Stay away from shades with strong yellow or red tones.
