What I've heard, is to wear brown eyeshadow. If you wear wear blue eyshadow then it will make you eyes look dull.

But don't wear too dark brown, just wear a light-brownish color.. Then it will look good.

OMG! I know what I have that would probably look good on you! I have this dark blue sparkly eyeliner. You could either totally use all blue, or what I do is wear black eyeliner, and then on top of the black, put a strip of blue.

Oh, and what you do, is just put dark bown eyeliner, with brown eyeshadow, and then put just a little bit of dark blue glittery eyeliner on the corners, which would really bring out the color of you eyes....

Also, brown eyeliner would look good. I've seen wear some people wear brown eyeliner, and it makes there eyes look more blue, but make it a dark brown, not a light brown. There really isn't a big difference between black and dark brown, but I think brown would make you eyes look more blue also.

I have also heard that almay is good. I don't have almay, but I've heard it works really well.....

And, if you want tips besides ones about make-up, try wearing a lot of things blue (ex. blue scarf, blue hat, blue shirt, blue purse or bag) But I wouldn't wear blue everyday, just have atleast one accesery that is blue.

i guess with makeup you could try that almay eyeshadow pallete for blue eyes (drugstores) or try some onyx black eyeliner

My suggestion is line them with a sparkle color or silver. Don't color the whole eyelid just line them with silver and on the inside corners highlight it. this will make your blue eyes and blonde hair pop. Also if you can try darkening your eyelashes and making them longer using a lengthening mascara. this also does the trick. Avoid black liner this only shrinks your eyes making your blue hues less noticeable

Also wear a dark blue eyeliner and blue mascara works the best.

wear a sheen white on your eyebrow bone and in the corner of your eye.

Wear a light blue shirt if you have dark blue eyes and dark if you have light.

brown and neutral eyeshadows look hotttt thats what i do and i use my bronzer and put a little bit of sparkle over my eye liner to make them even more sexxxay!
