He's only 6 months wait till a year or so by then he'll have his full adult coat.

As long as hair is in all the right places, she should be just fine. If you are refering to the length and thickness, that depends on a lot of factors, genetics, diet, whether they spend a lot of time indoors, etc. She will blow her puppy coat in the next 6 months to a year, then she really won't have hair. Just make sure she is on a high quality puppy food, and that you love her no matter how much coat she has! And just remember this question in a few years when she has more hair than you know what to do with. LOL

A puppy coat is going to be different from an adult's coat. Have you talked with your dog's breeder about this? They should be the first person to ask.

Chill. :) Remember at 6 mos old your pup will just be starting to develope it's adult coat. Best thing you can do is give it the best nutrition available. Keep in mind that mane size is also controlled genetically - what did the pup's parents look like?

Coat comes from a combination of 5 things:

1. Heredity-

2. Proper nutrition

3. Health

4. Proper grooming

5. Maturity

If any one of these is lacking, the dog can end up with a thin sparce coat.

You should discuss this with your breeder.
