OMG!! That is a tiny yorkie!! As far as I know, that is not normal at all. I have a yorkie that is a year old and nothing like that has ever happened to him.

Could be due to demodecosis due to immunosuppression. It's typical of young dogs with immature immune systems. It's not contagious, it just the demodex mites located in the hair follicle going unchecked by the immune system and becoming over populous. It causes inflammation around the hair follicle causing it to fall out. Most are not itchy, unless they've developed a secondary skin infection. Growing her up and getting he spayed will stop this. She may need to be treated and you should have her seen by your vet to see if this is what is going on and for treatment.

She shouldn't be blue and tan already at three months. Their color should begin to break at 4-5 months. Has she always been blue and tan? It sounds like she could be suffering from a genetic disease making her "blue born." Common in yorkies from bad breeders...
