I would thing about growing you hair long at least passed your shoulders... with only some subtle layering and more layering at the very ends - this would soften your face.

For color I would steer you away from red. Maybe a nice medium brown and very neutral blonde highlights... someone else mentioned taupe... and yes I agree it would be an excellent color for highlights.

I would go with a less-red, medium brown.and something straight and down to about your lower jawline.

You would look good with either black (which would make your eyes really stand out) or a honey, golden blonde ( which would show off your olive complexion). If you decide to go blonde have it done at a salon so that your hair won't turn orange. As far as a cut maybe a layered bob. The best thing to do is find a salon that will help you create the best look.

If you walked into my salon, I would suggest cooling down your color to a shiny chocolate brown THEN applying foil highlights, making them heavier around the facial area. Afterwards, I would apply a neutral taupe/blonde toner to the highlights, to tone down any orange color that almost always appears when dark hair is bleached. For the cut, I don't know what length you are starting with, but perimeter layers around your face, beginning at your cheekbones would probably accent your facial shape. Hope this helps you!

go for a rich dark color like choclate or a deep brown with highlights and tell you stylist you want a haircut with many face framing lyers it will fit your face better

I have similar features w/a natural red undertone in my hair. I have found that the darker browns and amber colors really bring out my skin and eyes better. I would stay away from the blonde and red colors. Good Luck!
