Ok black will make your eyes POP and look really beautiful but yes might wash you out and make people call you a poser goth kid haha sorry. Maybe a deep dark brown, it would still show off your eyes but keep you looking normal, if thats what you actually want. And please no highlights they are soooooo over done!!! Everyone and their grandma has highlights keep it one shade please lol. But then again a very light shade could make your eyes stand out just as good if you go with a platinum blonde, try getting it very light and use some Manic Panic Virgin Snow to get it even farther. I think that would look cute with your color eyes. GOOD LUCK!
