I want to dye my hair dark chocolate brown??

i'm asian with brownish black hair naturally. so far i've dyed my hair blue-black, blue, purple, green n light brown before, but wen my original hair colour i wanna dye it a rich dark brown with no golden or red underdowns, preferably a slight purple tint. can u help me find sum good pics of this or recommend a good DIY hair coloring product??

If you don't want any red/golden undertones, just make sure to buy a dye that is labelled neutral or ash (although I don't recommend ash; it comes out as greyish on some people)

There are some brands of drug-store hair color that are brown with purple-is highlights, (if memory serves, I think that Herbal Essences has a shade similar to what you're looking for) but if you can't seem to find one a good solution would probably be to dye your hair brown and then pick up a bottle of Special Effects semi-permanent hair color (I personally think it lasts longer and is more vibrant than Manic Panic) and apply a couple of days after to get highlights.
