Ignore the girl's messy room!
Do you think a few electric blue highlights would suit chest-nut brown hair?
It all depends on your style. If that is you in the photobucket main picture, you're pretty just the way you are. Adding blue high lights to that light of brown hair would look a little akward. If the hair color was a dark brown and would show through in the light and you had a tougher style then ya, do it! But also keep in mind that although most vibrant colors are only temp. they still fade to a weird color before they are completely out of your hair, making it really difficult to find clothing to match or feel pretty. Most girls I know that put in color streaks like electric blue regret it after a few days. Have you tried the clip in hair pieces? A much safer way to add some spunk without the commitment.

I think her hair is too light. Maybe if it was almost a black, it would blend and maybe. Depends on personality too. I think most people that get into hot pink, purple and blue high lights often look like they messed up or are trying too hard to be noticed. A little on the wierd side.

it would look fine sense your hair is lighter the contras would look as bright as it would with dark hair and blue highlights are as hard to keep as any colored highlights

The colored highlights that are permanent look trashy. They wash out and take on a funky green color. If you want a few blue highlights use single strand extensions.

Oh, gosh, do NOT get blue highlights! Get some subtle caramel colored ones instead.
