Make sure its light and not orange tinted.

blue will look wierd with brown hair so your hair needs to be really really dark brown. then bleach a section white-blonde wait like a week and then dye that section with the blue, otherwise it wont show up.

go to a reliable colourist.if you dye yourself and it turns out bad,you are going to regret it.just highlight a few bunch of it.in front perhaps?
